Both of my elderly parents are patients of Dr. Hordes, and in all office encounters his interactions are top-notch. He is a compassionate and skilled physician who is patient and kind and an expert listener.
I have called this office many times over several days. The triage nurse promises a return call but it never happens. Their medical records department does not answer calls. I am a Doctor myself and can not comprehend how any medical office can operate like this one. If I ran my office like that I would have to close for lack of patients.
