The office was very friendly and the wait time was not long at all. The medical staff were also very personable and all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Dr Hansen was very kind with a great bedside manner. He sat down and asked me questions to get to know me a little bit, as this was my first visit with a cardiologist. He was not in a hurry and explained things to me in a way that made sense. He asked me if I had any questions for him, and I greatly appreciated that. His manner makes you feel comfortable and helps you to know that you are in good hands with a wise doctor. I am thankful to be his patient.

My youngest daughter had her first cardiology appointment here this past Wednesday 10/29/25 with Dr.Pulver. I have nothing but good things to say. Our pediatrician sent in a referral to be seen at Asheville Cardiology Associates. The same day the referral was sent it, we got a call and set up an appointment. Day of the appointment, we were greeted with a warm smile and sweet office staff upon check in. The medical assistant that took us back to a room, was absolutely so sweet and gentle with her as she did my daughter's vitals. Dr.Pulver came in and went over everything and was very informative. I did not feel rushed and he took his time to explain things and educate me. Checkout and making another appointment was a breeze. We were seen in a timely manner, and did not wait long in the waiting room. I would highly recommend this place to whoever needed it!

Rice & Kate and the receptionist were all kind, welcoming, and patient. Went the extra mile to be sure I was headed in the right directions, found the rest room, etc.. I have been so very grateful for Dr. Hansen for years. He totally gets me. His expertise is evident and he is a great teacher. Explains in lay terms and is very clear about my options in treating my heart condition. My deep gratitude to all who assisted me today!

I was very pleased to meet Dr Jollis. I am confident in his assessment of my condition and his recommended plan of action. His people skills were exceptional. He patiently listened and answered my questions. I felt like I had his undivided attention and his interest in helping me. As far as I am concerned, I hit the jackpot with Dr Jollis. I highly recommend him.

Staff are personable, efficient, accommodating and friendly. Very pleased with the efficiency and ease that each step of the appointment went through. It felt like it was a fast but thorough visit. I like everyone I met with.
