Dr Ismail is a excellent Doctor and a wonderful human being.
She was my mother and my father's doctor they both trusted her with there care.she goes above and beyond here is one of many examples my dad was sent to the emergency ward and the doctor and nurse said he is find they will release him dr Ismail said no he is a 74 year old man she fought for him and they kept him overnight turns out he was very sick he had Bronchitis but with my dad age it could had turn for the worst Pneumonia he could have died if they had mist the signs you could hear him coughing that night. You see my dad comes from an Era where you tough it out so he look and acted fine but only a doctor who truly knew her Patience personality would have been able to say no keep him overnight. She definitely qualifies for five stars. He is 83 and still loving life and his doctor.

I went with my sister to see Dr Ismael.
She was immediately rude and condescending. She would not speak directly to my sister, who is in her 50's.
She would only look at me. She would ask a question and cut off the response.
Even when we added relevant past information she became rude and defensive. My sister had been hospitalized and seen multiple doctors regarding her condition which dr Ismael dismissed as allergies. I don't know why she is a doctor because she doesn't seem to care.
