I have read the reviews regarding Dr. Kaur I have to say that Dr. Kaur has been my Doctor for years she has always been extremely careful when providing medication, always available, she's NOT like any other doctor I have seen, she actually cares! Dr. Kaur should look into legal action for slander. Did I mention I had my ENTIRE family transferred to Dr. Kaur's care. Thank you Dr. Kaur for being a Wonderful doctor. There's always a KARRIN

Very bad experience! This doctor is new and she doesn't know what she's doing. It's scary. I was overdosed on too much thyroid medicine and she refused to lower my dosage and omg made me wait 2.5 weeks before changing my medication to a lower dosage. The lab results 2.5 weeks prior came in overactive and I have never had hyperthyroidism or been overactive in my life! I called a few times and asked for the lab results and she refused to call me back. I had to ask for a copy of the lab results at the St. John's medical ctr office. I was shocked to see my results were very high and started cutting my medication to equal the regular dosage I was previously on. All Dr. Kaur cared about is protecting herself from malpractice! She insisted on a telemedicine appointment. I said no because that would cost me another medical visit. I needed my 3rd visit for another Dr. She insisted I had to have an appointment in order to get my medication lowered. This was horrible. I was at harm's way. I could have had a heart attack or been hospitalized. I was very lucky. I do not trust Dr. Kaur. I will never use her again. She lacks empathy and care for her patients.Its unprofessional and just disgusting! Ugh!

I requested a call from Dr Kaur after being turned away from getting the annual physical appointment. I was exactly 15 minutes late. I was told by the medical office that I have that allowed time in case of traffic,etc. Parking is awful at the medical CTR. It's totally full. I was told by receptionist that Dr.Kaur will not have time to call back and she will see me at my next appointment. Is this for real? I ask for a call as a patient as I do deserve to get a call back with my questions answered, ugh! This is not professional. I found out it was also the Receptionist/ Admin Nicole's fault. Dr. Kaur was not aware because Nicole didn't send her the email! Not her decision to make to wait for my next appointment! I don't think Dr.Kaur even addressed the issue to tell Nicole this is wrong! Dr. Kaur lacks empathy and neglected my mom and I as patients. I'm done with unprofessional primary care Dr. Kaur! She needs to stop practicing before someone gets hurt. Scary!! Ugh!!! They don't ever answer the phone. It's a bad system for patients. All the receptionists that work in the office don't answer the phones and don't always return calls, you have to keep calling. Terrible system!!

Very empathetic and always available. Dr. Kaur went above and beyond in my care and made sure I took care of multiple chronic medical problems during my first visit. Really really recommend her. God bless her.

This doctor what can I say she is my husbands doctor. My husband has had chest pain for at least 3 years had aced all his cardiac testing echocardiogram stress test ekg. And he saw her twice - first time he did not mention chest pain the second time I went with him and mentioned it and she questioned how long and what was done. None the less she sent him for further testing and diagnosed him with two of his main arteries blocked and arranged for him to see his cardiologist asap which I believe saved his life because one was blocked 90% the other 70%. He was a ticking time bomb and she was on top of it and saved his life.
