Cardiology Associates of Westchester

My experience was far from pleasant. Reception area are very chatty amongst themselves. It's a small office so you can hear all their personal buisness. They call you by your first name(unprofessional)The office has a swinging door like from a Wild West movie that separates the waiting room from the reception area that makes a nerve racking noise every time the staff enters and exits.Oh yeah and they fail to ask if your available to stick around for 2+ hours on your first visit and 5+ hours for a stress test. The doctor looks as if he is upset all the time and doesn't give proper result information. The office needs updates and better cleaning. Will not return in the future or or refer anyone.

The care I received in this office was phenomenal. Frond desk were very kind, attentive, and patient and Dr. Malendowicz listened to all my concerns and provided the care that I needed. I highly recommend a visit to this doctors office !

Have been sitting here for over an hour waiting to be seen, while the staff eats lunch. They don't know how to properly schedule appointments

Very poorly managed office. Waiting time during the pandemic was over an hour. Improved from over 3h waiting time over a year ago.

Second appointment , I arrived 15 minutes early & still waiting. Appt was 12:15 its now 12:51 & Dr hasn't arrived yet
