I have purchased many items from Broadway Medical, including a recliner, an amazing MedMizer bed, a hoyer lift, scooter , and more. The owner, Rob, goes far above and beyond normal customer service. He follows up with calls to ensure satisfaction, and is truly a great, caring man to do business with. Delivery is prompt and efficient. He and Eric, his staff and delivery person, is totally knowledgeable about the operation of all of the medical items they sell. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for medical supplies!

NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY HANG UP. I HAVE EVEN WITNESSED THIS AS THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE SITTING THERE TALKING! Disgusting in a medical office. If you don't like or want to do the job then find a new one!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT DOCTORS ARE VERY GOOD AND UNDERSTAND. GOOD LUCK GETTING THROUGH AND DEALING WITH THE GIRLS AT THE DESK!! They could care less!!!

This broaway medical center is worse place . I went on March 19 1018; my neurologist sent to do a MRI. I gave the prescription to a staff she made a copy and told me Vicky is was going to make the appointment One week past I didn't get any phone call from Vicky. I called them they asked me for my information and vicki would call me back. I called 5 times and I got the same answers they have to wait for Vicky to make the appoinment. Untill today 04/ 13 / 2018 I still don't have my MRI referral.
