I saw NP Danielle Sawma , I was impressed ! This lady is very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate/ empathetic. She also knows how to hold a conversation and communicate. When I didn't understand , she explained it to me. Thank you so much for your kindness and authenticity. Great provider and practice.

I received very professional, courteous service from all with whom I interacted. The front desk person was very polite and efficient assisting me, a new patient. The wait to get called in for my vitals was literally less than two minutes followed by about another two minute wait to be seen. That was incredible as was the attention both personnel provided me. They deserve this 5 star review.

Dr. Banas was good but the staff is not! It took two or more people one from a call center and one from the office to fail to do what was needed for me to be able to get one of my medical treatments from another doctor. They've canceled the procedure 2x waiting on someone to send a message to my doctor. I'm actually coming in today since they can't seem to get it right. I shouldn't have to go to the office to get a note written! Also the nurse who told me how to use the device didn't even know how to use it properly luckily the device tech support knew how to use it and told me what to do. ***so I went to the office today first off the girl at the front desk was so helpful and amazing! And we found the reason that my doctor didn't get the note was because they addressed the letter to a doctor that didn't work at the office they faxed it to. The girl @ the front desk printed out the letter & I was able to get it to the right doctor just addressed to the wrong one ****Went for echo and spoke to the actual person who does the monitors and she helped clear things up that the call center didn't & they told me the nurse who set me up with the monitor was not the normal person who does it I guess when you're an add on you can see anyone. The person who takes care of the monitors normally, she was very helpful. And my 2doctors offices finally connected things were cleared up & I was able to get my treatment today due to the 2 offices communication. I'm not as upset with the place as I was.

The dr was great. Scheduling and front staff not very helpful. I have talked to them a dozen times for Scheduling and prior auths in October, they just called to tell me they are closed the day they scheduled me for. I may have a blockage they said, but we are going to keep canceling your appointments. The staff that answered the phone today seemed like I was bothering her when I was returning their call. I think its time to try a different practice

Absolutely horrible. My husband went one time and it's bad enough you can't get through to the office ever. After a 5 min apt with them, he found a new cardiologist. A year and a half later he's getting bills for services he did not receive. He's called multiple times to try to understand why, no one returns the call or gets back to him. Instead they wait and send yet another bill. This smells like insurance fraud it's alarming already but the fact that no one in the office or call center seems to care is even more concerning. One visit and they're enough of a headache that I could never recommend going here.
