Dr. Steven Horn MD

Dr Horn is a wonderful, very caring doctor ! Knowledgeable and reassuring when heart problems are concerning due to fears more than real issues.

This would be a 5 star if not for the Horrible communication from the office staff and Dr Horn. I had tests done in January after my appointment with Dr Horn. I have been trying to get my results with no luck sine then. I have called weekly to no avail, left messages for the nursing staff and the results message center all no response. Finally I wrote a letter to Dr. Horn, expressing my frustration, still no avail. Hope this gets some results.

Dr. Horn is great, when you can get in to see him. The problem is the staff. I've had maybe 4 appointments where they have given me the wrong time, or called me when I was ALMOST there, to reschedule. When this happens, I usually have to wait another 2 to 3 months to get in. Today I had an appointment at 9AM. When checking in, told it was at 11AM. I told them that's NOT what was given to me. They said there was nothing they could do, though they are the ones who gave me the time. I told them they needed to do something as I wasn't coming back in 2 hours. They just smiled. After I left, I did go back in and said I was gone for good and would find another doctor. Again, all they did was smile! As another review stated, if you call them on the phone, you can never speak with anyone. Either it just rings, or voice mail picks up to say the box is full. One time I waited on hold for 20 minutes and then got that message. As I said, I think Dr. Horn GREAT, but his staff isn't!!!!!!!!!

My wife is his patient and has raved about him and how wonderful he is. I got to meet him and I concur totally compassionate kind through and does not rush you. Highly recommend
