Difficult to find parking, valet service is available or park in the pay parking garage (across the street) where there can be limited space available. The facility is very nice with a cafe on the first floor. The staff at the desk are helpful, they can find your floor, for your care. Note: On the second floor of the facility, you can crossover onto a pedestrian bridge to the parking structure.

Hands down the best hospital I've ever been at!
Everyone is so warm and welcoming; valet parking, cafe staff, front desk, receptionists, nurses, absolutely everyone. It's a great and very modern facility too
1000% recommend them to take care of any of your health concerns and procedures!

The facility is a great place to be. I'm a very big fan of a good customer service and cleanest. Well this place is an excellent example of Beauty and cleanest. It's like walking into a 5 stars resort. Not only that but they have great customer service. Until this point the doctor that saw me was very honest and good. I went to the neurologist center.
Keep doing a great job and will see how everything goes on the upcoming visits.

While the CAMS building is a nice looking facility, there's one thing that should be changed. Nothing is more uncomfortable than having to discuss your name, your DOB, your address, phone number and what you are getting done at the lab... ALL out loud to one of the clerks in the Bloodwork/Lab area. The associates there are pleasant but you have to speak loudly, there is no privacy. PRIVACY GONE. There are several other patients sitting very close by and waiting to get their Bloodwork done. Everyone can hear you and knows your business. There used to be a private area a few years ago when an associate would briefly sit down with you in a private section. Not anymore! It may be faster to get more patients taken care of this way but it is very uncomfortable to discuss things about yourself OUT LOUD while others are clearly listening. God forbid the associate can't hear you, they make you speak louder or they will repeat what you said loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear it. CRINGE. The phlebotomists are amazing. Props to the phlebotomists. However, having to speak loudly about my IDENTITY is annoying, embarrassing and awkward. WPH Do better.
