Dr Patel answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His assistant Jacquelina was the absolutely delightful in her beside manner. She put me at ease as a first time patient and explained their process for evaluation. The only complaint I have was the front desk receptionist. It was a middle age male who was rude and grunted instead of using his words. He was dismissive and should not be the face of the office. First impressions are important and his was so negative. It almost ruined the visit before it began. I don't have his name but his badge was turned around so that I could read his name. If you don't want to be a receptionist at 8 am you should stay in the back away from the public.
