I recently saw FNP Rachele Khadjehturian, and what a gem of a person! It was the first time I've felt heard and seen at a doctors visit in a long time. She was so sweet and thorough, making sure to give me recommendations/tips/advice. I never once felt rushed or like what i was saying was being brushed under the carpet. As a soon to be health care professional myself, it was so nice to see a health care provider put so much care and effort with a patient. I had no issue with any of the nurses/front desk staff and was seen quickly when I arrived. Overall, a great experience and there was valet parking which was a nice plus!

Whether it is a routine visit or a medical issue that just came up, they are always available. I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Rachele Khadjehturian as my primary care doctor was not available. She is very competent, knowledgeable and professional and I am pleased recommend her without hesitation.

Very bad experience with the billing department, especially with this person named Mary. I was charged by out of network service for my annual physical, which I was not told when I did the exam. If this is communicated with me, I would never agree to do the out of net work check. I called the office so many times, different people give me different responses. One person said this is resolved. But after 1 month, I received another billing statement asking for payment and Mary insisted this is never resolved. They do not communicate internally. And Mary's attitude is just as bad. I've been paying for all the services that I am responsible for. But for out of net work service that was never communicated to me, can they just do it and charge thr patient for it? I found this ridiculous.
