Dr. Evan Levine is board certified in cardiovascular medicine, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, internal medicine and obesity medicine. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in chemistry from Vanderbilt University College of Arts and Sciences, where he graduated with honors. After earning his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Levine completed his residency in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital where he was selected as chief resident. He continued his advanced medical training at Lenox Hill Hospital where he completed a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine and served as chief cardiovascular fellow.

Visiting and speaking with Dr. Evan Levine is like a conversation with a trusted family member. He is thoughtful, sincere and genuinely interested in his patients well being. I am very pleased with my experience. I can be a hard critic of doctors, their ethics and them rushing through and not following up with their patients but none of that happens with Dr. Levine. My first and follow up appointments (including virtual ones) were a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care.
Dr. Levine is an absolutely amazing MD. My previous doctors have been far less attentive and aggressive about treating my hypercholesterolemia. In the ~ 6 months since I met Dr. Levine my LDL is significantly reduced, and my weight is down almost 15 pounds. There is no doubt that I will live a longer, healthier life thanks to Dr. Levine. And the bonus is that he is the most caring, friendly, personable, reliable & accessible doctor I have EVER had. Cannot say enough about him.
