Doctors United

I recently had an excellent experience at Doctors United in White Plains that I just have to share! After throwing my back out while deadlifting in the gym, I was in search of a chiropractor to help with my recovery. I called the Doctors United White Plains and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the receptionist named Maria, who quickly booked me an appointment for the very next day. When I arrived, I anticipated a bit of a wait, which is entirely understandable in busy clinics. However, I was called back relatively quickly and met Dr. Noel. From the moment I entered the treatment room, I felt at ease. Dr. Noel worked wonders on my spine, and the relief I felt during the adjustments was incredible--so many satisfying cracks and pops! After my session, I left feeling rejuvenated and much better than when I walked in. Dr. Noel provided great recommendations for icing, rehab exercises, and stretching, which I diligently followed. Within a week, I was back at the gym--albeit with lighter weights--but I felt significantly improved. I've decided to make chiropractic care a regular part of my wellness routine, and Doctors United White Plains will definitely be my go-to place. If you're in the area and need a chiropractor, I highly recommend checking them out!

If I can give this place no stars I would. The " charge nurse" was so nasty, rude, condescending any time I asked a question. Didn't want to tell her I was a nurse too. She's doing physical therapy exercises and told me my dad couldn't do them and then asked if he received any steroid. YOU guys gave him an injection, shouldn't you know? Also leaving patient information out is a violation of HIPPA. Extremely rude, short with me and my dad very know it all. Never even saw the doctor. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place again. Be Ware!

By far the most unprofessional office I've ever been to. Each visit I've come in for was a scheduled appointment and I still waited no less than 3 - 4 hours with my new born. It took me weeks just to get the proper paperwork done. Nothing is done properly, or in a timely matter. Very disappointing.

I've been going here for over 10 years on and off depending where I move to. The staff are friendly, even when you have an issue. When you sign in, make sure you also speak to someone at the front desk and tell them why you're there so you don't have such a long wait I see everyone complaining about. It's a Doctors office with a lot of different things going on, so just have a seat and relax until they call your name like at every other Doctors office.

Extremely long wait for the doctor, however depending on your relationship with the front office they may allow you to skip others Ofcourse they'll never admit it and forget ever being able to have a civil discourse with the staff, their mutual respect is for co-workers only forget the patients. This place is odd. The doctors have no say and all the women back each other in their lies.
