The office staff is amazing! They make you feel comfortable! They are professional and friendly at the same time! Dr. Gujja talks you through the procedure and makes you feel relaxed! Before you know it everything is done and it's time to go home!
Our previous Vascular surgeon had installed a stent in my wife's leg and subsequently performed a follow up Angioplasty to improve blood flow in February '23. In early April her toes were still blue, her situation had gotten worse and she was in excruciating physical and emotional pain. Her then surgeon advised he could do nothing else for her , had no answers other than we should visit with a Podiatrist. Our Podiatrist suggested we call Dr Gujja. The next morning we called DrGujja office. They had no openings. However, after listening to our pleas for help were were given an appointment that same day. Dr Gujja was very pleasant and alleviated our anxieties by advising he could help her. He placed her on a new medication specifically designed to reduce cramping and improve poor leg circulation. After a two week follow up office visit in mid April he performed an angioplasty in early May. I am now happy to report four of her toes have their normal pink color and her pinky is improving every day. She is now pain free and able to walk and enjoy a full nights sleep.She is recovering and we are so grateful to have met Dr Gujja, his colleagues and staff.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE LEVEL OF SELFISHNESS OF THIS DR. HE CANCELLED MY GRANDMAS APPT. TWO WEEKS IN A ROW THE SAME DAY OF THE APPT. IT WASN'T UNTIL I TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT I WAS GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW ON GOOGLE SHE SCHEDULED ME THE NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING, I UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS, THEREFORE I WAS OK. UNFORTUNATELY, I COME IN FOR MY APPT. I WAITED MORE THAN AN HOUR TO BE SEEN. EVERYONE WHO ARRIVED AFTER ME WAS BEING CALLED IN. AS A PATIENT I HAVE EXPECTATION AND THE RESPECT OF MY TIME IS ONE OF THEM. HIGHLY CONSIDERING GOING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER JUST BECAUSE THESE KIND OF THINGS ARE UNACCEPTABLE.
Dr Gujja is an eminence in his specialty. Kind, patient, compassionate & highly knowledgeable of his craft. His bedside manner is heartwarming & among the best I've experienced in these 10yrs of outpatient care for my mom's poor health. Last but not least is his staff of equally competent health professionals who are driven by the patient's needs & overall comfort instead of just a number in a chart.. most notably Julian, the charming, caring & humane nurse practitioner who took the time to explain procedure & follow up sparing no details. All in all, I'm beyond glad to have landed in Dr Gujja's hands as his remarkable expertise puts me at ease in terms of having mom with me just a bit longer!
Love the people they are very attentive, most of the staff are nice, my only problem is the wait. Its way too long to get a procedure that last like five minutes you have to wait up to 3 hours. They book too many people on Wednesday so for me is a nightmare waiting so long, yesterday they took 2:30 min to be seen.
