I've been a patient of Dr. Casey's for well over 10 years--my mother's doctor first, and now my entire family goes there. Christina has been an absolute godsend to me and my family. She always listens, is kind, patient, and truly understanding. Rather than just prescribing medications, she digs deep to find real solutions and always makes sure there are no conflicts with our current medications. The staff is always pleasant and goes above and beyond for us. They even share personal moments about our children, which makes me feel cared about as a person--not just another patient in rotation. I couldn't recommend this office more highly!

Mallory is the only qualified person at this office. Dr. Casey is never there and Tina is an absolute nightmare. I've experienced this first hand, and if you read other reviews, you will see others agree. I was ridiculously sick a few years ago. I was sleeping all the time, and couldn't keep food down. I went to the doctor after a few months of this, and saw Tina. After hearing my symptoms, she asked me if I was depressed. I answered no.. She then questioned me and responded 'it sounds like you're depressed' and sent me on my way. This happened in May. By October, I was still experiencing the same symptoms. I went back and saw Mallory. She ordered bloodwork.. Something Tina should have done in May, but neglected to do that. It came back that I was testing positive for celiac disease, which thank goodness for Mallory because Tina never would have figured that out. I also recently had the flu and was very very sick with a high fever. I asked if I could come in and be looked at, and the receptionist told me 'no.' Her exact words were 'they didn't want to infect their healthy patients or office staff.' I've never heard of a doctor that you can't go to when you're sick. Do yourself a favor and just find another doctor. Mallory is so wonderful but is only there two days a week, and you don't want to be forced to see Tina.

Made an appointment A MONTH ago to start as a new patient. They decide to call me the DAY BEFORE my appointment to tell me they can't accept me due to a no show 5 YEARS AGO. First of all when I called 5 years ago they weren't accepting new patients so how was I able to even make an appointment? LOL. Kind of dodge a bullet anyway, my ex went here and they mailed out all of someone's new patient paperwork that was filled out in stead of blank paperwork for him to fill out Definitely don't care about HIPPA. And the lady who answers the calls sounds miserable and probably should get a different job.

If you choose this practice for your health understand that the front desk will actually be your doctor which includes 2 very slow secretaries that prefer to not ever schedule appointments or let the doctor know you called. The actual Practice itself doesn't do much of anything besides give you referrals to other locations for testing or tell you to get to an ER. If you actually need help go to an immediate care where the staff is more knowledgeable and can actually help you. I also recommend learning how to read X rays and MRIs on your own. Most doctors miss things unless you point them out.

Love the providers here. Love Dr. Casey. Some of the office staff are pretty rude. I wish Dr. Casey would read the reviews because it seams we as patients have been pretty honest about the one office staff who has treated us badly. Specially Tina. She even brought up my private information when I was checking out, that she had no business to know.
