My appointment yesterday was canceled because I was 10 minutes late and was late based on a white out snowstorm. I was contacted by the office to see if I wanted to keep the appointment and I said yes, and I also called and let them know I would be late. They had one person in the waiting room and would not see me. I was set to get an echocardiogram, but the results were not given to me in a timely fashion based on the inflexibility. There was no concern for the patient and I will not return to this doctor under any circumstances. They seem to be no flexibility for the fact that there was a white out snowstorm as I mentioned above.
