I took my mother, who is a patient of Dr. Bryan's, to Costa Rica for a week. On our 2nd night there, she had a medical emergency. I called Dr. Bryan's office for advice on a medication issue and left a message with the on call service. They never called back. They did not leave a message for my mother either.
They do not return calls on a timely manner. They do not follow up with patients, they hardly pick up their phones and have a call center handling their calls. After attending a blood pressure appointment, they stayed I was a no show, they didn't update their charts leaving me with an unstable high blood pressure. No one to talk to te get records transferred. Do not recommend.
