Dr. Brown is the best! But office management is very poor..5/13/25 saw doctor, after that no one contact me or answer my messages..( i left six messages )about injection procedure plan. Big room for improvement. U all work for Dr. Brown be his best team not sabotage his reputation. I am ER nurse, now really in a patient shoes now..lol 6/4/25. Qing Li
Dr Samual Brown is the absolute best Dr ever. I just got home from my spinal procedure and instantly I can feel my leg that has been numb since 10/12/24 from a car accident which was causing me to fall. I woke up in pain but it was from spasms, he calmed me and the Anesthesiologist was amazing giving me everything I needed to feel better. I had never felt so calm going into a procedure both the anesthesiologist and Dr. Brown they comforted me and made me feel very safe. His surgical coordinator Nicole also calmed me for days before my procedure. This practice made me feel like a family member. I will never go anywhere else and will highly recommend them to anyone that has spine and back issues. Thank you Dr Brown for everything!
Dr Brown and his Nurse practitioners are wonderful. They have always seen to my needs and concerns regarding my health status. I am finally able to function with my pain after trying to deal with it for more than twenty years. I can finally lead a somewhat normal life. Many thanks to all the Medical Assistants and receptionists. They are all so pleasant and professional. I can not thank Dr Brown and his staff enough !
Dr. Brown is a very good doctor. He is very caring with his patients. My husband had an outpatient surgery and Dr. Brown called us to check in on him. He also has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time is minimal.
I had a lot of trouble finding a doctor who cares and is nice, Dr. Brown is all that and more. he doesn't just sit behind his desk and talk to you, he gets up shakes your hang, physically checks you, is understanding and talks to you like a friend not patient (which is my person favorite trait of his). His staff is funny and fun while doing there job the way it's supposed to be done. I would recommend Dr. Brown to anyone looking for a doctor, I put my word on you not be disappointed.
