Thank you for being negligent and sending a new prescription without a phone call, instructions or informing me I need a new medication.Then when I called to see why I'm taking this new medication her new receptionist hung up on me several times. Furthermore, another patient protected health related information was mailed to my address. Mines to his. Both will be formal complaints with NY State. She is careless and her new office staff will be the fall of her practice. Find another MD. She has known me for close to 10 years and didn't even have to he decently to take the time out to speak with me to let me know she was terminating my care due to her new office staff being extremely rude... I have referred a several new patients however no respect to call and speak to me after all these years. Sad. Find a MD with character!

Dr. Ghoshal is, by far, my most trusted and thorough doctor. She remembers everything you tell her and follows up. Her staff are attentive and polite. Her offices are clean. She always has time to hear your concerns.

She has always helped me when needed. As an athlete frequently using public locker rooms. Aswell helping me in the pursuit of quitting smoking. I highly recommend her as she is incredibly professional and helpful in any situation. I had changed her to my primary care physician due the experiences I have encountered.
