Ralph Frank Caselnova

Dr. Caselnova saved my life after a heart attack and 2 procedures to implant stents. He is very intelligent and compassionate. He explains everything in detail and follows up on your care. He is concerned about the whole person and asks about your family and life. I would recommend him highly. There is none better!

Best Doctor in the world!! Saved me 11 times. Not joking. Been with him since 2010. I recently moved out of West Babylon to Myrtle Beach and I fly back every other month for an appointment. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Dr Caselnova or his constituents. Thanks to him, I'm still alive after 11 heart attacks (quintuple by-pass which was done by another great Doctor - Chris La Mandola which I'm also grateful that Dr Caselnova referred me to. But Doctor Caselnova had placed the 13 stents that keeps my heart pumping). Thanks to both of them, I get to see my wife and kids every day. Dr Caselnova actually takes the time to go over everything regarding my heart and also my overall health. The man is a genius! Can't thank him enough.

Dr Caselnova is just the best there is. He has done two procedures on me one of which resulted in stent. He his knowledgeable and well respect in his field. He takes time to explain to you and your family what is occurring which is crucial during a crisis. My father Inlaw is a patient of his as well. For the best care for yourself or a family member look no further.

Dr. Ralph Caselnova is the best cardiologist (or Dr. of any kind for that matter) that you could ever hope for. He put 2 stents in for me and couldn't have been more caring & compassionate. Every office visit is thorough and he explains everything in detail. Any questions you have are always answered before leaving his office. He literally has the best heart I would give him 100 stars if I could.

Dr Caselnova is probably one of the most caring physicians one will ever be treated by. He spares no time in going thru explanations so you have a full understanding of your situation. Unlike many physicians , visits with him are not timed or rushed and though that means at time there may be a delay, you are not left to leave the office with anything not considered or fully explained. He is very passionate about his profession and truly does care about his patients. He does not just treat the cardiac concerns but will look to help, make suggestions and recommendations on other health issues. I have been cared for by him for years and have followed him to this new practice from his prior. In some ways I can say I might still be here because of him...He has performed angiograms on me, including stenting,,as comfortable and pain-free as is possibly,,He goes out of his way to make you feel at ease,,He is so precise with what he is going, I could not see the mark from the entry line after each procedure. no pain or discomfort afterward at all How good is that??? Not to sound cliche,,he epitomizes the word care in the concept of health care,,,He truly does care about his patients and how they are,,,, and not just about their wallets as we know some other medical practitioners do.
