Anna Garrabrant was my nurse practitoner and was awesome! She discussed my concerns, I did not feel rushed but instead felt her compassion and caring. She ordered some testing to update my results, and explained why it's needed. Explained the new medication I need to start and why thoroughly. She is very professional and truly cares for her patients' well-being.
Amazing experience all around but I have to give a shoutout to Tori. She was so sweet, kind, and just genuinely sincere in everything she did. It was such a pleasure being seen in their office.
I brought my sister in Liz. The staff was kind. Tori was so awesome and welcoming. Never have we ever seen anyone in an office so kind personal and professional. MS Sawyer was very kind also.
I'm writing this review because of the frustration I have with the three receptionists that check you in. They don't pass on messages to the WONDERFUL staff in the back. Tammy, Anna, Tasha and the wonderful person that did my EKG on 10/20/25. Two weeks ago I called twice over three days trying to get a bloodwork order sent to the River Hospital. No return calls. All reception calls go directly to voicemail. I had to drive 70 miles round trip to pick it up. Spoke to the office manager and she said they had new people in the reception area. Fast forward to today and two calls to reception directly to voicemail. No return phone calls. I was having blood pressure issues. You would think they would want to pass those messages on.
Staff unable to find anything on my halter readout. Although the next 5 Doc's and nurses (surgery) Noticed it instantly on ekg. Zero help or benefit but still got that $4000 bill
