First time here. Office needs attention. Looks like it has not been tended to for weeks outside. Front desk staff was nice, NP was nice .However, I was there for a physical, did not check lymph nodes, throat, reflexes, balance, checked one ear. Seemed bored with my complaints/health issues. I need a healthcare doctor or NP or PA that really enjoys what they are doing and wants to follow through! Disappointed.

I haven't had an issue with them so far. Idk why the girl is complaining, like sorry that you think a corrupt school system is more important than your child's health? It's the better of the locations here. A bit of a wait time but let's be honest, where and when are you not waiting?

There's a reason for their low rating. The receptionists just treated me poorly for the last time. She dismissed my question before even looking up my chart. Very rude, very dismissive.

The office is clean and my family loves the PA that we have been seeing. But the receptionists are horribly rude and not friendly at all. I told them I couldn't make an appointment for my son before 4pm due to his school schedule and they went ahead and scheduled a X-ray for 3:30 and the follow up appointment at 4pm. When confronted about it, I was told that I should always be 15mins early, to which I replied 3:30 is not 15 mins before 4, that's a half an hour! The receptionist didn't like that and just proceeded to be rude! Never again with them! I will push for another office.

This office is highly disorganized. As a patient with a common thyroid disease, I faced significant challenges in obtaining timely and adequate health care from this facility, resulting in a lapse in my medication. Having recently moved to the area a few months ago, I was not informed about the requirement for a check-up every couple months and the necessity of undergoing regular blood work to secure a prescription refill for a maintenance dose of medicine I've been on for several years. Notably, no other doctor's office has imposed such frequent visits for my thyroid condition usually a yearly visit and blood work was sufficient if I have not been experiencing any issues.
The most frustrating aspect was my phone inquiry about prescription refills. Upon calling Guthrie and being promised a prescription refill, I discovered a week later from the pharmacy that my prescription had not been filled, leaving me without medication. When I reached out to the on-call doctor at Guthrie, they suggested providing just one pill to hold me over. Given that I need to take this medication daily, the on-call doctor failed to comprehend why a single pill is not sufficient care in this situation. This incident highlighted the lack of understanding about treating thyroid conditions and the lack of concern for their patients well being.
While I appreciate the importance of routine blood work, it is crucial for my caregivers to inform me about the required procedures, keep me in the loop and not prevent me from taking my regular medication. The typical processing time for bloodwork, new appointments and receiving my medication at the pharmacy means that I am now without medicine for an extended period. There is a definite need for improved communication and organization within the office to ensure the well-being of patients.
