Avi Levine, MD, is a Cardiologist with specialized training in Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiac Transplantation, Mechanical Circulatory Support, and Pulmonary Hypertension. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiology Fellowship, and an additional year of Advanced Heart Failure training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He joined the Westchester Medical Center team in 2017 with a particular clinical focus on Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) technology and mechanical circulatory support. He has co-authored numerous scholarly publications in the fields of Advanced Heart Failure, Nuclear Cardiology, and Cardiac Electrophysiology.

This doctor is a man who of course gets a paycheck because we all have bills but I am a very difficult person and im pretty much a nightmare but he does not see me as a sick patient that keeps the paycheck going. Thus man is the most strongest person I have ever met. I have been suffering fir too long and no I Wil not get better. But he never stopped trying to help me and thus last time admitted in the hospital I thought my expiration date was soon to come he worked hard and no I will never get better but he found a medication that I never thought would happen. I could only take a few steps cuz I could hardly breath. I would pass out a few times a day . I will never have a day without pain because I have a lot of other serious health issues. But after 4 years I can walk to the corner store. I can walk up stairs. I can walk in the supermarket. I can breath. I never thought that would . I thank God because God sent him to help me.
