I've known Dr.Raju for more than 10 years. He's a very passionate person, every time I see him he encourages me and gives me motivation. He treats all of his patients like family. I really recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor!
He has the worst receptionist. The lady named Linda never wants to do her job. One day there are never appointments, another day when there's an appointment wants me to come at the moment no, I've my lab results for the past two- three weeks and the doctor never called me. I have high cholesterol and white blood cells high and the doctor doesn't care in reaching out to me. I need my high blood pressure medication and Linda doesn't want to give me a refill even tho I seen at the doctor not even a month ago. Now after of these negligences I'm changing doctors and Linda doesn't want to make a copy of my records because she has no paper for the printer smh! I highly DONT RECOMMEND this doctor Thank you for your help Linda I truly believe that is time for you to go home and rest, let younger people help the others your time it's over
I'll be honest I really dont like writting neg reviews and I never thought I'd be writing one of a doctors office, however I cant hold back my frustration. First and foremost, the receptionist in the morning I believe Linda, is very rude and not professional! I'm a client who comes to your bosses office and insurance pays him, then he pays you. A bit of advice, Dont treat us clients badly or we go somewhere else and then your boss cuts your hours or worse. Secondly. Just to get my mothers prescription is always a problem!! I had to literally beg them one time. We finally moved to florida and are truly happy she is no longer going here. We found a doctor who seems to care and he staff are all great!
I am mad with myself. I wasted 2 plus years going to this doctor. He refuse to listen and constantly talks over you. How can you be a doctor and not listen to your patient? I still was able to get medical clearance for my surgery of 2 hernias. God got me regardless. Do your patients a favor and clean your office because it is filthy.
