The PA has no empathy, she looks at me like I am lying for the pain in my legs, I can't even sleep for the pain. I think she doesn't understand or she has not experienced Everything she told me is so basic. No body is friendly, a soon you get in the front desk the ladies there has rude body language. Just the secretary who follows the doctors notes and appointments. She is very polite, understanding and sweet. She helped me by phone with the directions to get to the clinic. A least She is the last person to see when we leave the clinic, she makes me feel better after the horrible experience.
