Came to see Dr. Chirumamilla as I was having chest pains. After describing my symptoms to her in a daze, she ran some tests and told me to take over-the-counter meds. I told her I smoked weed, and she told me I would die because it has more tar than cigerettes, that should have been my first red flag. The pains didnt get better, I repeatedly called in to the Dr. office and the only person that would speak to me was the receptionist. The receptionist receiving my many questions (one of which was the dosage of over-the-counter meds I should take) said she would speak to the medical assistant, who would speak to the doctor, who would get back to the medical assistant, to get back to the receptionist, and give me some answers. The doctor never called me, the medical assistant never called me, and the next day I pro-actively scheduled the more invasive test to see what was going on with my chest pains, without the doctor checking in or talking to me. I get the test done on a Friday, and no one calls me that day or over the weekend for results. I then proactively called the doctor again on Monday as the pain wasnt getting better. Again, the only person that would talk to me was the receptionist who said she would call me back after she talks to the, medical assistant, who would talk to the doctor. My pain still persisted so I went to see another doctor. The evening of the day I saw a different doctor, THE RECEPTIONIST from Dr. Chirumamilla calls me back apologizing on the doctors behalf, going over my treatment plan, and my test results. I told her with all due respect I dont want to talk to you about this I want to talk to the doctor. Today is now Tuesday, and the Doctor finally gave me a call, I will not answer or ever go back there.

Focused on ordering procedures and labs , quick to prescribe medication; she may have lot of knowledge about cardiology, no bed side manner , tends to easily overlook and forget that
Beyond a patient with health issues, there is a humanBeing anxiously wanting in a closed waiting room ,
5 min, 15 min , 20 minutes or 35 minutes. What you think is a reasonable waiting time, once the nurse finishes with the vital signs?
My last visit was 35 minutes wait, no explanations.
