Friendly staff. Doctors are knowledgeable. The wait is not too bad. Crystal run intercepts calls to the office and it is difficult to get prescription refills if your primary is away from the office. The notification system needs attention and getting a nurse manager to call you back is the solution. I still haven't received a call back after 4 phone calls. If they fix the communication from the patient portal and call center, easily would give 5 stars.
