Met the doctor once and I was satisfied. However while waiting in the office I saw several issues with the staff and patients. I also didn't like the fact that I had to schedule 4 different appointments for nuclear stress; echo; carotid and follow up. And all these appointments were months apart. I worked in Cardiology for a major hospital for about 30 years as a manager and a tech. We had appointments scheduled in a timely matter and always had at least 2 and possibly 3 done on the same day. Unfortunate due to extenuating circumstances I had to cancel my appointments. I said I'll call back to reschedule. A few days later I called I was not given to option of speaking to a live person so I left a detailed message. Almost a month later nobody has returned my call to reschedule. I will go elsewhere at this point. A bad staff can ruin an office regardless of how good the doctor may be.
