Frank Michael Rosell, MD

Dr. Rosell saved my husbands life. They found that he had the "widow maker" plus replaced one of his valves. He sees him for Follow up every year. But, this year he was told that Dr. Rosell has left SIUH and they refused to tell us where he went.

I want to thank dr rosell and his entire time for taking care of my husband. He was diagnosed with three blocked arteries and needed a sudden open heart triple bypass. It was performed by dr rosell , he had angle's hands.The surgery went so well and now he is in his recovery process. I want to thank you dr for being so professional and kind towards my husband .

What a great man I am in love with him. He operated on my dad for AICD removal and placement of temporary pacemaker . Explained everything very well have so much respect and prayers for him .

My husband needed an urgent triple bypass and was referred to Dr Rosell back in July. His office did not have us on the schedule for an appointment his staff made. After figuring it out we met with his PA who was very nice. Shortly after he came in with a pompas attitude and explained that he would not operate on my husband because of the risk from scar tissue he had from previous radiation. He basically scared the crap out of us telling us he would be better off doing nothing. Thank God, we had better judfement and went for a second opinion. Today my husband is recovering very well from an uneventful excellent surgery preformed by Dr Girardi. The professionalism and compasion were night and day!! Always go for a second opinion!

This man is awesome! He operated on my wife today. We had a good feel about him the first time we met him. That feel has proven to be correct. He's a people person and you can feel goodness jumping from him. Just a wonderful man.
