Dr Mustaciuolo and HIS staff are wonderful! I had a stress echo done and I was very nervous! I was blessed to have a team of two young ladies who took the time to ease my mind, make me laugh and overall made the experience so much better ... Kristina and the nurse (last name Anderson) went above and beyond. I am so grateful to them and Dr Mustaciuolo, who is a very kind man! My appointment was done on time and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Dr. Tamburrino saved my mother's life on multiple occasions. My mother has been seeing him for 15 years and has 7 stents. A Cardiologist prior to him was trying to give her a bypass and she refused because she knew Dr. Tamburrino was able to give her a stent instead. Upon first seeing him she was on aspirin and three other blood pressure meds. She has been able to get her blood pressure under control with his help and weight loss, etc. She is now down to aspirin and only one other blood pressure med and my mother has CAD. He has always been attentive to my mother's needs and concerns. She has never minded waiting for him because she knows that he is running late because he is saving someone's life in the cath lab. She is about to get another cauterization and possible stent and his office has kept both me and my mother informed on the steps for her procedure. Dr. Tamburrino is a friendly and knowledgeable Dr. You may be waiting for him because he's a busy man saving lives but he is worth the wait if you truly care about your heart health. We have moved 6 and a half hours a way and he is still her Cardiologist. I highly recommend him because he truly cares for his patients and he assures family members and informs them properly. His bedside manner is fantastic and I assure you that you or your family member is in good hands.

Absolutely deplorable!! Wait time to see Dr Tamburrino was over an hour and he saw me for roughly 4 minutes. Never listened to my heart or bothered to take my BP, even after the tech took it and it was extremely high!! No Concern at all and sent me on my way. They cancelled several appointments, often last minute due to not having staff and/ or not having the equipment needed. No Dr follow-up after all the testing was finally completed ( which took about a month ). My results were finally given to me by the office assistant who said my results " were all normal", despite the fact I still have irregularities in my heartbeat and extra heart beats ????? I traveled 11/2 hours each way from NJ thinking North Well Hospital had a wonderful reputation and I would receive amazing care..BOY was I WRONG!! If I could give a rating less then ZERO I would, Cardiovascular Associates of Staten Island/ North Well Hospital should be ASHAMED of themselves. With the majority of their patients being Elderly and just accepting this shabby treatment because they feel at the MERCY of this Doctor, Practice, and the Medical field in general, is DISGUSTING. Due to the subpar care I received and lack of confidence I have in this Doctor and Practice, I requested my test results be sent to my PCP over 2 weeks ago. Today is 9/23/2021 and my PCP STILL doesn't have my results!! I guess they don't think CARDIAC CARE is important . Disgraceful

I have nothing positive to say about Dr. Tamburino. It was my 3rd visit the other day. He basically rushed me in and out. I mentioned I just had surgery for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and that was mainly the reason for my initial visit and follow up (I was feeling pressure in my chest area). He didn't care to learn about the surgery or details and rushed through a couple of my questions. Doctors who don't at least take a couple of minutes to listen to what you have to say are not worth your time. It's a shame, because he has a good staff there. They should go work for a good doctor.

Fantastic service!! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and brought right into a waiting room which i waited under 5 minutes. The Dr was very thorough, he took his time to explain and asked if i had any questions. He answered all and i left feeling like i just left a dr's office where people actually care!!! 5 stars from me!!!
