Dr. Sugrim is not a bad doctor but the practice itself and organization is not up to par. He is very knowledgeable in explaining certain tests and results and is always ready to refer you, but I think he is very greedy in the sense of how much patience he is booking a day. Wait times to be seen are over 2 hours. His staff is fairly new and young and they look stressed out because it's hectic. The amount of the patience, phone ringing non stop, it's overwhelming for his staff.
Good Doctor but the worst staff. If u want to wait 2 weeks for a blood test and 4 visit for that same blood test not only that the blood test results took them 5 hrs to fill out on a for work Please people go else where . If not go and see for yourself.
If could give this place zero stars I would! Do not come to this doctor's office at all; find another PCP. The wait hours are ridiculously long. I am not exaggerating.1:30 appointment, its past 3pm and still haven't been looked at by the doctor. A simple blood test was all I needed to do and it's literally hours of waiting. I was so weak & dizzy from fasting. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. AWFUL DOCTOR, AWFUL STAFF AND HORRENDOUS SERVICE. If you get rowdy by asking when you're next they will literally close the glass door in your face. Again, DO NOT COME HERE
Some of the nurses are very nice and helpful. Aaliyah is such a nice person she always helping someone and making sure they get what they needed. But the freaking receptionist is horrible. I called today to cancel an appointment and the receptionist was rude and being sarcastic. I was throwing up so I had to cancel and I couldn't leave the house. So I called to cancel and make another appointment. I told her that my appointment was at 11am she was laughed in sarcastic way and was like "your appointment was at 11 and you calling at 11:02 to cancel". After I said what I had to say I hang up the phone. This doctor office would be a better place to go if the receptionist learn to talk to their patients better
Dr. Sugrim is my doctor for few years. Finally my 18 years old met with him today. I called the office and the staff was very helpful, we didn't had appointment but she let us see him.. My daughter was very comfortable to explained her feelings because he seems to cares. My point is, he's a caring family doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.
