Noelle Mann

2 weeks since my 96 years old mother visited the office of Dr noelle Mann, female in Setauket, she works in stonybrook cardiology dept. She haven't sent the prescription to The farmacy until now. My mother's heart is very week and she needs her medication. She never received it. I called 3 times the doctor's office. They know nothing. I fill it's a lack of responsibility and a lack of humanity from the doctor. If something bad happens to my mother, dr Mann and stony brook hospital will be responsible. I'll not recomend her to anybody. Very disappointed

The wait was insane! Never waited so long to see a doctor! Very advanced in my pregnancy and that was way too much for me! First I was told to come in 30mins before my appointment, which I did and in any event made no sense, because I sat there more than an hour to get my vitals done. I check in 3pm, and didn't get out until minutes to 6pm!!! I was literally starving by the time I got out. I understand that they might be swamped with patients etc, but try to assist the more vulnerable patients first should the need arise.

I had a long wait but watching Dr Mann zipping around made me ok with it as she was really working hard. I thought she was on roller skates, she was moving so fast. I realized how hard she works and it is not easy with the patient loads these Doctors obviously have!

She is good at finding when I needed diagnostic testing which led to getting life saving stents and has given me excellent care over many years-

Don't recommend this office if you value your time. Had a 9:30 appointment and did not leave until almost 12.
