About Dr. Mohit Sharma, MD, FACC
Dr. Sharma is a highly accomplished cardiologist with extensive training and board certifications. He completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant, and holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Sharma grew up in Floral Park, Nassau, and pursued his undergraduate studies at Hunter College, New York. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Stony Brook Medicine at Mather Hospital. He further specialized through a fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He speaks Hindi and Punjabi.
