Mather Medical Group - Primary Care at East Setauket

I don't like Dr. O'Brien. She makes you feel rushed. She gets everything wrong.

This was the first time with this new PCP for me since moving back to NY. The doctors gave me an immense amount of time listening and reviewing my health history being I was new to them too. They both sounded very sincere and supportive. It's tough finding a new doctor you feel comfortable with. I feel this is a good find. I'll mention also that the staff was welcoming and pleasant.

We recently moved to this practice after our primary care moved to this practice. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the attitude certain staff members exhibit. One of their nurses caught quite the attitude this morning with my mother who came to the doctor after being hospitalized last week. Please do better !

Dr. Chykyda and her staff are the most helpful and accommodating team that you could ever ask for. They are professional and respectful to every situation. And my family has been happy since the first day we had a check up. They are prompt and they have helped us tremendously through tough situations and always on point to what needs to be done next. I personally don't like going to doctors offices but I make sure to make it to any appointment that I have here.

The minute I walked into the office, I was pleasantly greeted by the clerical staff. We really didn't wait that long before we were taken into one of the exam rooms, which was very clean and well maintained, where they went over my history and took my vitals. Dr. Mehta came in and I was immediately put at ease. She was both professional and warm at the same time. The biggest part of our conversation centered around improving my diet. All in all, this was a very good experience for me and I am so happy to have found Dr. Mehta.
