I've been going to this practice for years and have always had such a great experience! Today, I went in for lab work and Mahailee was such a breath of fresh air. She was so comforting during an anxiety provoking time for me, and listened to what has helped me before. Honestly, she is the best phlebotomist I've come across - I felt nothing, it was painless!! I loved seeing her office decorated for the holidays, too :)
I am so very pleased with your employee , Mahailee! Not only does she only take one time to find a vein, as opposed to 4 times at other labs,she reminded me to get my flu shot! I always forget my flu shot! I was able to have my blood drawn and get my flu shot!! So grateful to her compassion and professionalism, you just gotta love her!!
I had a lab appointment today with Mahailee, she was excellent. Very friendly and courteous. She gets kudos for getting blood drawn 1st time I have had other phlebotomists draw before and was stuck more than once and ended up with bruises. She was very engaging which made the experience go quick and tolerable I hope she stays at FPR.
From the time that you first come in until you leave everybody is very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Lab-Mahailee for doing a great professional job. Dr Ford is a fantastic doctor, attentive and very caring about your health!
I have been a patient here for over 20 years and received a letter a few weeks ago that a provider I've seen for TWO physicals is leaving leaving the practice, and that I will no longer be a patient. I have literally been with this practice my entire adult life -and then was told I have eight weeks to find someone new? I really like the provider who's leaving, but I can't fathom how it makes sense to discharge a patient who's been there for decades? The coldness and lack of respect for me as a human being and as a patient is truly disgusting and disheartening. I don't know how they can live with themselves, a family care provider that you've been to for decades is a very personal experience. Completely unforgivable, and I hope the fallout to their practice is as real as the fallout they've created in people's lives.
