From the time I entered the Malta office of Dr. Rashid, I knew I had found an excellent Dr. to treat my pulmonary condition. He is personable, patient, caring, and very interested in helping his patients understand and deal with their conditions. He is happy to answer any questions that you may have. It is obvious that he is a very dedicated Dr. I consider myself to be very fortunate to be one of his patients! I will mention that his staff is also very friendly and helpful.
From check in to check out, this was one of the best experiences I have had in a doctor's office. Everyone was professional, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Rashid took the time to really explain things to me in an attempt to help forge a diagnosis for a cough that has persisted for years with no relief. Thank you to everyone there.
Dr. Rashid was intelligent, insightful, reasonable, compassionate, curious, and approachable. My visit was one of the better doctor experiences I've had. I highly recommend him.
This man is self absorbed and Arrogant. His scheduler didn't like my mode of transportation and got nasty. When I called back my appointment had been abruptly cancelled without any explanation. Dr. Rashid refused to return my phone call. I kept calling for an explanation and then I get a call from the Saratoga police. As a cancer survivor,this is a necessary procedure, but this Dr. doesn't care.He gives a "Humble"opinion not a medical opinion which in this case his "Humble"opinion is contrary to a dozen or more Dr's before him. Throws some samples he got from one of his Big Pharma buddies and sends you on your away.
This was my first visit with Dr. Rashid. My husband brought me and thankfully was allowed in for my visit. The Dr gave a wonderful first impression, was friendly, professional and answered our questions. He has been taking care of me, monitoring my condition ever since. Best Dr I have had!
