I don't know why I haven't been to this hospital before, but it's the one I wholly trust with my care. My goodness! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. And everyone here actually cares. What is Catholic Health System doing differently? Their employees seem pleased to work there which translates to how they care about their patients. The nurses and PCAs take their time and bend over backwards to ensure patient comfort. They're awesome!
The best hospital, Dr's, and staff I've ever seen and have been around in my life. The support they gave me while my fiance was having surgery was nothing I've ever seen. They care about the patients well being and the family as well. All the staff in each department cares the same. Its not just a job for them, it's everything that you'd want in a hospital to be. I really can't say enough good about them all but I assure you if you ever have to go there, you'll see it for yourself and you absolutely will not regret picking this place for your Healthcare. True definition of what A Dr, Surgeon,Nurse, CNA, Secretary, etc....should be. I highly recommend St.Francis Hospital! This is my own feeling about this beautiful hospital and this is from my own experience with St. Francis. Thank you to you all for everything. I'll never forget everything you've done at the time to make everything feel comfortable at a very scary time in our lives. God bless you all.
My 93 year old mom, Emily DeLucia, is currently a patient with a severe back injury. I simply can not express how wonderful the nurses attending to her have been. Beyond doing what normally needs to be done by your staff, they exhibit a genuine, caring and empathetic demeanor to their patients and their families. Your hospital should be very proud of the professionalism and dedication they demonstrate. Joe DeLucia
Behaviors from some nurses and nurse assistants toward patients is very poorly managed by their "bosses". It makes me feel very dissapointed that certain behaviors are allowed and seem as normal between medical personnel. I wish I don't have to come back to this horrible care, but unfortunately my very best doctor is there. I recorded every interaction. No wonder why this hospital has bad reviews which are very real, I saw them, and lived some of them myself.
My brother recently had a Colectomy done at this hospital and my parents and I can5be more greatful to the doctors and the whole staff who attended my brother. Everyone very professional and kind. The hospital very cleand and even offered us some food and drinks while the surgery taken place. I recommend this hospital because the ffirst time my brother was here a year ago was the same extraordinary care from doctors and the staff itself.
