My father was originally under the care of Dr. Theodore LePage. After Dr. LePage passed away, his care was transferred to Dr. Singer. During the transfer of care, I questioned Dr. Singer's ability to appropriately care for my father.
During a phone conversation regarding my father's treatment, Dr. Singer refused to allow me to participate via phone, stating, "I will walk out of the room if you do not hang up." This was the only physician who ever responded to me in this manner. As the sole manager of a senior parents' care, this was extremely alarming.
While under Dr. LePage's care, it was determined that an artery located behind my father's heart was too risky to touch, and no intervention was performed. After Dr. LePage's passing, however, Dr. Singer proceeded with this intervention. Since that procedure, my father has not been able to walk up stairs without experiencing significant distress.
Today, I called Dr. Singer's office at 9:30 a.m. to request a transfer of medical records, but the office was reported as "closed for lunch." I then waited for the on-call service, only to be told that the office was closed for a holiday. The only "holiday" that day was National Dog Day. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office, as I question both its integrity and professionalism.
Too many red flags for me, please pursue another cardioligist.

Dangerously incompetent and dismissive. After more than a year of having problems, he didn't want to change meds or consider other issues. Disagreed with second opinions that diagnosed heart-block, extremely low iron, and low potassium. Didn't agree with a pacemaker stating it would only be working 6% of the time. Wife runs the practice and is combative. They are being difficult about releasing records (this may become a legal issue). After finding a new cardiologist, they diagnosed all his issues. Pacemaker was installed and it is firing 100% of the time. Singer still said he wouldn't have put it in. Find another Dr. and you'll see a difference in the level of care.

Traci was very abrupt with me. I called about blood pressure spike at night. She twisted what I had told her. Telling me my blood pressure cuff was probably wrong since my pressure was good last time I was in the office. I was in during the day.

Should be zero stars. My sister called the office multiple times asking to have Dr. Singer call her regarding my Mother who had dementia and had a pacemaker. My Mother was at the end stage of dementia, in hospice care and the family just needed information from Dr Singer letting us know what to expect when she passed away and having a pacemaker. The in home hospice nurse recommended we call Dr Singers office to find out that information. I don't think that is an obsurd thing to want to know when you are watching your loved one pass away.Tracy who works at the office made us feel like that was a question that was ridiculous to be asking and that hospice should know that. We never received a call from Dr. Singer putting our minds at ease. I am hoping we didn't receive that call from him because he never got the message from Tracy asking him to call us. The family was listed on her chart giving permission for them to discuss her medical record with them so that is not an excuse for no callback. It was difficult what my family and I had to go through watching my Mother severely decline in her last days and then to call his office and to be treated so terrible and uncaring by Tracy made it so much worse. I pray that no one else ever has to experience what we did dealing with Tracy. She should be ashamed of herself and Dr Singer should be ashamed for having this person representing his office. I was a patient there and will never return back to this office. Oh and by the way Tracy. We never found out the model of pacemaker my mother had until she was moved to a hospice facility and the doctor from that facility had to call Dr Singers office to get that information as she took her last breath. So thanks for nothing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This office, especially Tracy (RN?) Has absolutely NO compassion for patients that are at the end-stage of their life. You cannot call to inquire about simple protocols without pure disrespect, unprofessionalism, or without feeling as if you weren't completely dismissed. I would highly recommend any other office, especially for an elderly patient. It's a shame that Dr Singer might be a very competent Cardiologist, but with this staff, his office will not be successful.
