Sat for 20 mins without seeing a receptionist and then when she finally comes out, doesn't know if the doctor is coming & sends me next door to people who say this is his office. Idk worst service ever. Switching doctors.

Worst providers! There providers don't know how to talk to their patients. I don't know what kind of doctors they are. No manners at all, always rude never try to help. Only the front desk is fine. I usually don't write reviews but I have to write this time because what I have experienced makes me so angry.

Very rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable front desk staff "Mustafa"!! I had my annual appointment this morning and this time I wasn't able to do my bloodwork per front desk. Yesterday I called in to know if do we need to fast because of the bloodwork, I specifically ask for my kids and they said yes we need to fast, they didn't tell me that I am not going to get my bloodwork done until I showed up this morning (and yes I fast with my kids because of the bloodwork). My kids had their bloodwork done. This front desk staff "Mustafa" came in the room where I am and told me that she told me I am not getting bloodwork when I came in this morning and I said yes she did told me but I want to know why, as this is not my first time doing my annual appt and I always had my bloodwork done same time with my kids, then she started pointing her fingers at me, did side-eye, walking away while I'm still talking to her, VERY RUDE all because im asking why i cant do my blood work for my annual appt like i always do, all she keeps saying was "because it's after 12" it's not even 12 yet, i was in the clinic at 10am, and when I came with my kids she said i am not doing my bloodwork today for my annual appointment so I asked my doctor why, and my Doctor explained to me that they were changes internally that involves the insurance too, which is totally fine (I wish frontdesk staff "Mustafa" explained it like that instead keep saying "its after 12noon").

Worst customer Service. Mannerless. Client respect very by their moods. Management should do something about it. Unless otherwise someone's will report to authorities soon. No doubt.
