Josephine Yi-Fin Tsai, MD, MPH

Dr Tsai cares. She's thorough, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and approaches your care collaboratively. I had to get some tests done and Dr Tsai and I ended up playing phone tag as I was busy with work. She didn't give up, and on the third try she finally got to speak with me on the phone to explain the results and address any questions. I've never had a provider that cared enough to do that.

Dr. Tsai is very professional, calmed, follows up on your issues and referrals, she is knowledgeable of all medical areas and issues, not like other providers that have to check Google. Her bedside manners are excellent, she takes her time to go over the plan to get you better. I highly recommend her. The office is a little busy and some of the receptionists need to work on a better patient relations but Dr. Tsai is very good.

My appointment has been rescheduled twice without consulting me. First appointment was in October 2023 and was rescheduled to February. Now I get a phone call saying it was rescheduled for a two days from today. When I called to ask for a better date, the receptionist was rude, cold, and unprofessional. She did not give me a chance to speak and when I got frustrated, she hung up on me. Awful!!!! I've never been treated so badly by a doctor's office.

Dr Tsai and the staff are very good. I'm a verified patient of hers and a nurse of 27 years. They are thorough, courteous and helped with my medical problems efficiently.

Worse customer service ever. Staff is rude and unprofessional to an unheard of point. It is absolutely unbelievable how impolite these people are. Would never recommend.
