I like Dr.Lau. He cares about his patients and he is very nice . If I could I would give one star for front desk in Rego Park location. I called before to ask to give me refill for blood pressure medicine , they declined and told me to wait for appointment . I was late for appointment , ( couldn't get payment through on a taxi app for almost an hour ) . I tried to call office from my ride , and nobody picked up for the whole duration of the ride . When I came at 12:10 pm, I was late 40 min , receptionist told me that doctor left for a day . I asked her to ask doctor to give me refill and she said no . I have very high blood pressure and have no pills now . It's sad that I have to find new cardiologist now , whose receptionists have no problem to give doctor message about life saving medicine refill.
