Excellent services. Great staff. Doctor was very attentive and very helpful. Only downside is calling them. Even leaving a voice message, no one returns the call. I still give a 5 star because the doctor was able to help me and my brother. I am very thankful for that.

Dr. Stella and her team are wonderful. They take time with their patients and always take time to answer all of your questions. The office staff is friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Stella a month in advance specifically to see her. My appointment was at 1:30pm on Oct. 21, and I even arrived early at 12:30pm. After waiting more than 90 minutes, I was told - without any prior notice - that I would not be seeing Dr. Stella at all, but one of her associates. If I was only going to see an associate, there was no reason for me to wait a full month for this appointment. To make matters worse, they sent me to another location, where I was then informed that Dr. Stella was "too busy" to see me. By this point, they had already taken my copay and all of my records, only to reveal that they had switched my provider at the last minute. I lost over two hours of my day due to poor communication and scheduling practices. This experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I cannot recommend this office based on how my appointment was handled.
