Shaheed Khan MD PC

There's a new doctor there that took over Dr. Khan who I never met. This doctor is very however, the waiting is extremely long regardless if you're on time. Maybe another doctor is needed to assist.

Good doctor, bad administration team. His team doesn't display the same level of professionalism and care. Appointments mean nothing, still have to wait hours. Also when speaking with his staff they just seemed lost and or annoyed. Imagine dislocating your knee, you call the doctor office for a follow up, no one answers then you reach the office for the staff to stare at you oddly and say Dr Khan doesn't work Fridays. Then they hear you on the phone with your job discussing workers comp, and STILL gives you an appointment for Monday just to sit and wait for 2 hours to find out "dr khan doesn't do workers comp cases" Also on crutches with a torn ligament one of the staff thought it was a good idea to rush by and try to squeeze in between my bad leg and the wall almost knocking me over ... fed up and I won't be going back.

My mother is a patient of Dr. Khan. My experience with the doctor has gone well. He takes good care of my mother medically. He is patient, attentive , and knowledgeable in many areas of her care. He is informative and the results are great!!! Thank you Dr. Khan!!!!

Unprofessional manner with staff. Especially with manger,she very rud i had questions regarding bill...she didn't wait for me to complete my statement, she hung, needs big time training as professional manager she sucks whats does.

He is the most caring doctor I am yet to come across. Friendly staff
