I've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff are very efficient, welcoming, and accommodating. Outstanding management. The office also provides same-day appointments, which is hard nowadays days. Dr. Pandya and PA Prit Patel are both very knowledgeable, compassionate, and really take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. It's rare to find a team that's not only professional but also genuinely kind and caring. I truly felt valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care in a welcoming environment!

Update Dec 2025: Extremely unprofessional administrative staff. I called to request a blood report and was told it had been sent. Because the hold times here are incredibly long (30+ minutes), I politely asked to stay on the line for a moment just to confirm the email arrived before hanging up. Instead of helping, the representative immediately hung up on me. It is unacceptable to treat patients this way, especially when we are trying to access our own medical records. And i changed my PCP. This place is waste of time and frustrating which will make you sick. Update May 2025: After a frustrating initial experience, I'm happy to share that Shivangi from the clinic staff stepped in and completely turned things around. She was calm, professional, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She quickly helped clarify the billing issue, and followed up without me needing to chase. Her support made me feel heard and valued as a patient. Thanks to Shivangi, I'm willing to give the clinic another chance. Initial Experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Dr. and their clinic. it turned out to be one of the worst healthcare experiences I've had. overcrowded waiting room that was poorly maintained and far from welcoming. The overall atmosphere felt unprofessional, and the staff were dismissive and disorganized. Worse, my bloodwork wasn't even drawn as per the doctor's own instructions, and the staff failed to follow through on basic protocols. To make matters worse, I received a bill for services that were supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. When I called to resolve it, the staff were unhelpful and even borderline rude. It's clear the clinic prioritizes billing over patient care. I expected better professionalism and service, especially from a clinic catering to the Desi community. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated, undervalued, and regretful of my choice. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality or culturally sensitive care.

Very skilled and thorough doctor, having empathy, easy to get appointment. He is a life saver. Answers patients at midnight too. Saved my family member once again with his prompt decision and treatment.

First of all, he is not only the best doctor but he is an amazing human being. I was referred there from a friend and since then I have been seeing dr pandya and he is like a family to us. He is there for my entire family and he has a heart of gold. He would help you as much as he can when you are in bad condition. He makes things easier for you when no other doctor does and he is so caring that he would not sometimes care about his schedule and still see patients and he always calls back the patients and send med over phone. He is an angel to my family. God bless this person and his entire team at the office.

This is my first visit in this office with Dr. Pandya. He is kind, he listens to your concerns and talks with you about treatment. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed. The office staff are sweet and helpful. I am happy with Dr. Pandya and will continue to see him.
