Dr. Moises is pleasant, but a little long winded. My children have been coming to see her ever since we moved to Queens Village 7 years ago. The office could use an update. They don't have a modern computer system. The issue I have is with the receptionists. They are often unprofessional. Everytime I call to make an appointment, I get the run around. I get told "we have to check the insurance and we'll get back to you". Get back to me when? I'm not a new patient. Nothing has changed. I never know when my children will be seen. I asked for a time, day, I got "Oh God" as a response from the receptionist. She just kept saying " I gotta check" That doesn't answer my question. I don't know her name but she had a Haitian accent and horrible customer service. It's a shame because Dr. Moises is very nice.

She has taken care of kids since birth,i adore her and so does my kids ,she is a very patient doctor ,she take her time with us . I love that fact that she doesn't always try to gives my kids medicine unless they really need it ,if she thinks they can get over it without medication she will let you know. I love her natural route instead on medication. Macailey,Katelyn and I adore her.

Worst doctor ever she doesn't care about special needs kids at all. When we ask her to do blood work or allergy testings she clearly declines and makes excuses and doesn't even check the patient correctly.Don't go here

Office so bad smell no empathy alt all im hard of hearing and lip reader and she got upset because i didn't here her she is still with old equipment that neven work no recommended she is old and no patience
