Premier Medical Group - GI Division

Disgusting. Dr.William you had one job. To help and maintain my situation. You failed to do so by not taking my case seriously. Because of that I went and found a new gi that will take it seriously. I apologize that you can't seem to do your job correctly and professionally, like not for nothing I had my gallbladder taken out this year and you prescribed anti acid meds once and they were only for 7 days. You manage to keep me in your office within a certain time frame. Longest I can call being in your office about my medical issues that's been effecting my entire life and mental illness is about 10 mins. On top of You know the amount of time I been in the hospital just this year alone. I could not withhold that treatment plan anymore and went a found a new gi. Called premiere to send my chart over to them and gave me the hardest time. Not gonna get into that but let's just say my new doctors office now has to fight for MY medical chart that I signed off to be release to them over a week ago.

Echoing what others have shared. The doctors are great, but the office/scheduling is a nightmare. Voicemails go unanswered, email responses are not helpful, and appointments aren't properly scheduled. The office scheduled me for a procedure, but didn't tell the hospital to put me on their schedule and didn't get pre-approval from insurance. I only found out the night before, because I called the hospital directly to ask what my arrival time was. I would not recommend this office.

The doctors at Premier Medical are all excellent. In my dealings with Dr.Dean, I have found him to be compassionate and absolutely shows true dedication to his patients and listens to what they say. I would recommend Dr. Dean to anyone needing help regarding GI problems.

There are nice workers in the office but once outside communication is horrible. Not only now this office has left me scrambling for another GI doctor after claiming my GI issues are too complicated. I can't get to NYC because I don't feel well enough to that is why I sought up care here. Digestive Disease Center doesn't take my insurance anymore. So when I'm deep in throws of severe gastrointestinal distress they called me to cancel my appt and leaving me without a dr. This is disgraceful and they are more than capable of handling certain issues I have. Oh also I had a managed medicaid plan. I got several charges of 100s of dollars that shouldn't have. I called the billing department about 8 times and told they were working on it. I called my insurance company. I'm now as of 6/9/25 being harrased by a credit agency with a bill I shouldn't owe.

I love dr gadam but i wish i felt more that i was cared for by the staff here. Im still new to her office and i am not happy at all. I wish i had other options but i dont. Do not go here for the sake of care because if youre not liked by scheduling they will put your appointments out weeks and you wont get proper treatment and you will suffer like i am right now. Update: i have emailed and emailed her nurse and no response. I cancelled an apt and was still billed a no show. I am done. The office staff is terrible and the phone system sucks. The only good thing is the dr. She told them to have me follow up in a certain time and they pushed me out in the calendar. I am going else where after having no communication with office staff. I have officially give up.
