Dr. Rugova seems competent and smart. However, his bedside manner sometimes feels dismissive. I have also found it extremely difficult to get through to the office for prescription refills. The office doesn't respond to my pharmacy when they reach out on my behalf. I end up needing to reach out myself and wait on the phone for very long periods of time on Caremount's main number. A direct number to the office should be available to patients who need refills. Better yet, please respond to the pharmacy and save your patients the time & trouble.

Uncaring office. I will never forget being turned away from this doctor- after waiting three months to get his attention.it had taken dozens of calls to make the appointment and they sent me home.I arrived within 5 minutes of appointment time, had called and confirmed my insurance on the booking but the desk was annoyed that I didn't have the public 1800 phone number from the back of my insurance card in the photo i shared again - she spent ten minutes making a big deal of this which no other office I've encountered has ever done before. She then charged my insurance and said it went through -then she reversed it bc His next patient arrived 25 minutes early saying "no hurry " but Dr Rugova decided he could have the next patient early and ditch me. So the desk now said i was late.
He would not even see me five minutes and I was never able to get a call back.

Dr Rugova is a thorough doctor who embodies a combination of warm bedside manner and competence. He and his lovely nurse Rosemary are always patient and considerate, taking time to answer questions and call back when you have a concern or issue promptly. I highly recommend.

I never felt rushed and the entire staff at the office was awesome. Ashley who did my intake was super friendly and professional and had an amazing personality.
I would recommend him without reservation. I traveled 90 minutes from home and would do it again.
