Upon arriving at the office before 8 am as instructed in the confirmation message, we were welcomed by the receptionist who, while allowing us entry, seemed to convey a sense of doing us a favor. Despite explaining that we followed the provided instructions, there was discontent as it apparently interrupted her morning conversation with a coworker.

Jessica, Dr. Gorenstein and the entire staff at the Pomona office at Rockland Thoracic & Vascular Associates are wonderful! Jessica was extremely helpful in gathering the information I needed for my appointment and Dr. Gorenstein was profession and had wonderful bedside manner, which is lacking these days amongst doctors. I wasn't kept waiting and was they went above and beyond... thank you!!!

Jessica was so kind and patient and helped me make the appointment that I needed with no issues and she gathered all my info from the referring doctors office so I didn't have to do anything. Puts things at ease when you have someone who is willing to help! Thank you!

I saw Dr. Karim for a painful varicose vein in my leg. We scheduled a date for surgery. On the day of the staff explained the procedure and couldn't be more reassuring. I was sedated during the procedure and felt nothing. Recovery was easy. At no time did I require pain meds. Dr. Karim's staff followed up with me a few days after surgery. I started heavy exercise 10 days after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Karim.
