The office is fine. The problem is getting in touch with them. I was at question lab for bloodwork and they didn't have the order from my doctor. I called and got that AI asst., then someone not in the office who told me it would be faxed in 10 min. I waited an hr and left. Ended up going g down to the office in person. This system in place has managed to screw up almost every one of my appointments this year. It's horrible
Dr Williams is very thorough and professional. I didn't feel rushed at my annual physical as is so often the case with medical appointments. They offered thoughtful and well reasoned recommendations and welcomed questions during the visit.
Excellent experience. Very polite and friendly staff. Answer all your questions nicely. Do not make you wait for a long time though I was 20 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment.
Dr. Agarwal is the best. She always goes above and beyond when I come in to see her. The office staff is pleasant. The nurses are also accommodating. My wait time is always short.
