Dr. Mitul R. Patel

I'm so happy that my mother was referred to Dr. Patel by Long Island Community Hospital. Dr.Patel has been extremely helpful to me in obtaining additional hours of home health care for my mother. After numerous falls and hospitalizations, my mother is finally getting the care she needs, thanks to him. He closely monitors her health as well so that she can avoid future hospital visits. His staff is wonderful, too. . I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Patel has been our physician since we moved to this facility. He is an outstanding caregiver and pays close attention to all our needs and concerns. He pays weekly visits to us without fail. He does excellent follow-ups on all present and previous treatments given. It is directly due to his care and treatment that my wife is doing much better than previously expected, considering her problems. It is my pleasure to most highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Dr Patel is a professional! I've had a medical issue that went undiagnosed for 45 years. Dr Patell found and diagnosed me in two visits. He also was able to get my Hypertension under control. He always listens when I complain and looks into anything that's bothering me physically. I cant say enough about Dr Patell. My wife and I are both patients and now my children.
